Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full time nanny for a family in Melrose with two children, ages 7 months and 4.5 years, starting August 1st. The 4.5 year old will be in school full days in the fall so primary care will be for the baby. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. A nanny who can commit to 2+ years would be ideal!
The family shared that their 7-month-old son is very expressive! He is a smiley, happy, easy going little guy who loves walks and interactive play. Their 4.5 year old daughter is bright, creative, and active, and loves imaginative play and getting outside and playing. The family would love to find a nurturing and collaborative nanny who brings a positive energy and outlook to the day; someone engaging who shares in the enthusiasm of reading books, doing arts and crafts, and playing pretend!
Walkable to a library and playground, and a close drive to the Zoo and other playgrounds, the family would love for the nanny to plan lots of local outings! Their daughter loves the pool so a nanny who is comfortable taking the children in the water is required.
Both parents work from home in private offices.
Compensation: $32/hour with optional healthcare stipend. Paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time offered, with guaranteed hours, and all pay on the books through payroll.
