Short term sitter during work hours for toddler and baby

My wife and I have two kids: a two year old and a six month old. We both work and we have no pets.
Looking for a sitter to watch a two year old and a six month old baby. The sitter needs to change diapers, play inside and outside, take walks, set up one meal for lunch, manage snacks as needed, and communicate/collaborate with the parents.
This is a temporary job for about 2 to 3 weeks.
