We are looking for full-time care for our 3-year-old son in our home. Things we value for our son include safety, enrichment, getting outdoors, and social interactions. My wife and I both work in medicine and I am currently working part-time in Boston. Our care needs include some early morning and also some evening needs. We are open to finding 2 nannies depending on the care providers we find, but overall willingness to work either some early mornings, or some evenings would be very helpful.
