We are a family of 4 kids; job is primarily for our youngest. Sitter should be comfortable w/ a lively household & have prior experience w/multiple kids. Parents work @ home. We limit screen usage; our kids thrive on creative play/engagement. In AM, the 3 yr old needs engaging play, meal help & naptime. Older kids come home in PM for 1-2 hrs. Some hrs. may be non-childcare, household support. Looking for long-term potential. 1-2 trial runs to ensure right match. Approx. hrs 8:45am-5:15pm. We work best with a person who is adaptable/flexible, able to handle schedule fluctuations (sometimes only 4 days/week). No other kids pls, prefer nearby candidates. Will request resume & references.
