Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a family in Lexington with a smiley, active, and easy-going (just turned) 2-year-old, starting as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm (family is open to 8:30-4:30 or 9-5), with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. They would love to find a nanny can commit to 1+ years.
A great match for this role is kind, easy going, collaborative, patient, and consistent. The parents are hopeful to find a nanny who enjoys proactively planning outings (library, park, playgrounds, music classes, museums, etc.). A nanny who can creatively implement developmentally appropriate activities in the home would be great as well!
Both parents work from home in private offices, tucked away during the day.
The family has no pets.
Compensation: $32+/hour with optional healthcare stipend. Full paid benefits package.
