My wife and I work remotely from home, and we are looking for a nanny for our 7 month old baby during weekdays primarily (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm) and one or two days in a month during the weekends.

Must Have:
-> Strictly doesn’t smoke!
-> Prior experience with at least two Newborns from 1 - 2 months to up to 3 - 5 years.
-> Bachelor’s degree.
-> Skills required: Playtime, Sleep training, Potty training, Book Reading, Driving the baby for outdoor activities and Pick-up & drop off to Preschool / daycare in our car.
-> Timings: Being able to work at least 5 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm.
-> Commute: Lives less than 30 mins away from Hopkinton, MA.
-> Travel Abroad: up to 4 weeks.
-> References: at least 2 families with newborns for up to 3-5 years.

Nice to have:
-> Prior experience working in a newborn daycare for at least 2 years.
-> Prior experience working in a Preschool for at least 2 years.
