Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Bilingual (Japanese) Nanny for a family in Cambridge with an adorable, smiley 7-month-old, starting January 2, 2025. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10am - 6pm, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. The family is hoping to find a nanny who can commit to 1+ years.
A great match for this role is nurturing, professional, a good communicator, has 5+ years of infant/childcare experience (flex for nannying, daycare, early ed., etc.), and has knowledge of and excitement to plan and engage the baby in developmentally appropriate activities. Also, someone who enjoys getting outdoors and planning outings!
A driver’s license is not required for this position - lots of walkable activities! Parking is available.
The family has a friendly cat that will be in the mix throughout the day.
Compensation: $30+/hour with 2 paid vacations, 12 paid holidays, 40 hours of sick time, guaranteed hours, and all pay on the books through payroll.
