Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a Full-time Nanny with Household Support for a family in Cambridge with three beautiful children, ages 1.5, 4, and 6, starting September 2nd. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30am - 6:30pm, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. They would love to find a nanny that can commit to their family for at least a year, hopefully longer! This active, busy, loving family is seeking a patient, warm, energetic, responsible, collaborative, and fun nanny!
The family values lots of outdoor play, exploration, playdates with friends, and imaginative play. An engaging, present, and interactive nanny who brings creative ideas and enjoys coming up with fun activities but also supports independent play would be a great fit for this family! Regarding household support, someone who is happy to jump in and support is desired. An organized, proactive, self-starter, who thrives in a busy household, would work well in this role.
The family would love to find a nanny who is open to traveling with them (2-3 weeks domestically/year), but this is not required.
The family has a very friendly Labradoodle so please be dog friendly.
Extra hours available on date nights, weekends, and overnights.
Parking is available. Compensation: $35+/hour with optional healthcare stipend. Paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time, with guaranteed hours, and all pay on the books through payroll.
