FT House Manager/Nanny
Location: Brookline, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm with flexibility for some evening and weekend support.
Children: 6 and 11 years old
Duties: General childcare including school pick up and driving children to and from activities, as well as meal prep, organizational projects, laundry, grocery shopping, running errands, vendor management, communicating with Family Office, scheduling and tracking vehicle maintenance.
The ideal candidate is intelligent, caring, responsible, is a team player, works well with family members and other employees, and is comfortable in a busy home. Family has 2 housekeepers who handle the deep cleaning as well as another FT Nanny/House Manager who works the morning shift.
Requirements: 5+ years of Nanny/Family Assistant/House Manager experience, clean criminal record, good driving record. A college degree is a plus, though not a requirement. Fluency in Spanish or Hindi are a plus.
Driving/Parking: Family will provide a car to use for work. Parking available.
Travel: Not required but Family travels frequently and there is the option to go with them.
Additional Info: Both parents work from home and candidate must be comfortable with a busy, fully staffed home.
Compensation: $40+ per hour, DOE, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, and a health stipend.
Start Date: August, but flexible to start in September for the right fit.
