Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time nanny for a family relocating back to Boston for their 9-month-old in Back Bay, starting January 2025. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am - 2pm, with 35 hours guaranteed. The family is seeking a 2+ year commitment.
A great match for this family is experienced with infants, promotes development through experiential play, and is detail-oriented, confident, warm, calm, friendly, and patient. The baby loves going for long walks, engaging in play, and reading books.
A native Mandarin speaker would be a great bonus but not required.
One parent works outside of the home and one parent fully works from home in a private office.
Parking is not available; travel only via public transportation.
Compensation: $32+/hour with optional healthcare stipend and full benefits package. All pay on the books through payroll.
