Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time nanny in the Seaport for family with a sweet and smiley 6-month-old, starting in December/early January. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm, with 40 hours guaranteed weekly. The family would love to find a nanny who can commit to 1+ years (until the baby goes to school at 22 months).
A great fit for this role is calm, warm, nurturing, confident, active, and kind; someone present, attentive, and focused on the baby who will engage him in fun and interactive developmentally appropriate activities. Given the area, there are many opportunities for walks, playdates, and outings!
The family has no pets.
Compensation: $30+/hour with 2 weeks of paid vacation, 12 paid holidays, 40 hours of sick time, and optional healthcare stipend. All pay on the books through payroll.
