Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time nanny and household manager for a family in the South End of Boston, starting anytime between mid-July and early September. Childcare will be after school for three children, ages 5, 8, and 10. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12-7pm, with 35 guaranteed hours weekly (flexible to increase hours for the right fit). The family requires full day coverage when the children are home from school (sick days, vacation weeks, etc.). They would love to find a long-term match (2+ years).

A license is required as driving is part of this role. And while parking is not available, the family is open to talking through options for the right fit. There is a nanny car to use during work hours so traveling via public transportation is welcome (close to orange and green lines, and several bus options).
Both parents work primarily outside of the home.
Compensation: $35+/hour with paid benefits package. All pay on the books through payroll.
