Part-time Nanny position for 1.5 and 4 year old

We are a family of 4 (plus a dog) in Andover. Our daughter is 4 and goes to pre school most of the day, and our son is 1.5.
Looking for care for our 1.5 year old boy from 8:30am-3:30pm. Our daughter (4) will be home from pre-school from 2:15-3:30 and will require care during those hours as well. Looking for someone to play with them and keep them safe. Willingness to take the 1.5 year old places (park, library, etc) and occassionally pick up 4 year old from pre-school is a plus.
We are located in Andover just over the North Reading line. Ideal schedule is M-W 8:30-3:30 and Friday 9-12 but we can be flexible.
