We are looking for a reliable, energetic, organized, friendly, fun nanny to watch our 2 yr old for 3-4 days a week, roughly 8:30-5:30. My in-laws watch him 1-2 days a week. Our son is extremely easy to care for. He has a great routine - snack at 10, lunch at 11:30, nap 12:30-3, snack at 4. He is easy to put to sleep (place him in crib and say goodnight), and is generally very happy. I am due with my second in a few months and will be on maternity leave watching the baby.
