We have a fun and loving family with mom, dad, and 4 kiddos! We're super laid back, don't mind screen time, allow our kids to get dirty and messy.
Looking for a sitter that is able to commit to 11-12 months of care, or longer for the right person. Childcare is mostly needed for the 3 youngest as the 6 year old is in 1st grade all day and attends an after school program. It would be nice if the sitter could encourage the children to clean up and assist them, prepare super simple meals for the kids, and leave the home in a slightly better condition than it was from when you arrived.
I'm a Manger at a restaurant so my schedule is different monthly. You would always receive your schedule a month at a time on the last Monday of the month. And you'll recipe a rough draft of you schedule 6 months at a time. Will to off 1 week paid vacation after 3 months plus 3 paid sick days.
