We are super into Montessori type learning and parenting. We are very laid back. Both parents will be in home for the most part during care hours.
IMPORTANT: We are a fragrance free household, and pretty low tox. So we would just ask that you don't wear fragrances or wear clothing that have been washed with fragrances detergents. Same with makeup, would prefer no makeup that can transfer to baby.

We are looking for someone that is energetic, and can keep up with our soon to be 1 year old. She's super active. So being willing to walk her to the park. Ability to come up with fun activities that keep her occupied.Really looking for someone that is proactive and adaptable as she grows and her needs change.
Very flexible on schedule. Open to 1-3 days a week. But am looking for start time to be around 7:30. Open to later as well.
If one day a week, looking for longer hours. Ideally around 18ish hrs/week. Happy to discuss further!
