We have an 11 year old, fairly self sufficient boy and a 2 year old dog. My husband is away with the military and I work 12-24 hour shifts. Our son goes to school about 25 minutes away from home.
We need a responsible adult to be with our son and dog 2-3 days a week. On week days they would pick him up after school, let the dog out, help with homework, minor meal prep and provide him guidance on chores. Occasionally he would need transportation to after school activities. On the occasional weekend this would be all day. This is an over night position and would also occasionally require transportation to school the following morning (though not often).
My standard work schedule is 24 hours on shift and 48 hours off. I have additional department and military training on a regular basis or sometimes pick up extra shifts so there would be availability for extra hours.
