FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! I'm a first time mom just trying to figure this out.... We work M-F 8am - 4pm so I am looking for care for the hours of 7:30-4:30. Baby girl is 10 wks old. Grandparents can watch her every Friday at noon and we can arrange for Thursday/Friday off entirely! We have dogs and cats so you must be okay with pets. The dogs will need let out one time, they get hooked to a cable and let out the door. They're very relaxed dogs that require little attention. I am not looking for a housekeeper, I just want you to take good care of my baby. I can also pay gas to offset the hourly rate.
