We are a family of 3! Mama works from home for an engineering firm and Dada is a commercial airline pilot. We have two dogs, a Beagle and an Australian Shepherd mix. They LOVE people and are very social pups. When we're not working we love to go on all sorts of adventures. We hike, camp, attend concerts, spend time with our families and friends, and do a lot of restaurant touring. We built our home in 2021 in Southwest Allen. Being close to family and friends again has been amazing, and we feel very blessed to be back in Fort Wayne raising our little family.

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thur & Fri 8:30am to 4pm (exact times and days are flexible). Schedule will be discussed with Nanny and set one month in advance (ex. Dada will get next month's schedule half through the current month so we'll know a month in advance when exactly we need our Nanny.) No care needed on Holidays/Observed Holidays.
Children: one girl, 11 months
Compensation: $17 - $20/hr depending on experience and qualifications
1 year minimum commitment ideal
Nanny Job Responsibilities:
• Provides customized and personalized childcare for the child(ren) in the Dobis home. Administers one-on-one care and meets the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of the child(ren). Contributes to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the child(ren) thrive and develop
• Follow the day's schedule as provided by the parents. Diapering and potty training. Facilitate nap schedule. Feeding snacks and meals.
• Help with light cleaning: keep the child(ren)’s areas neat and tidy and do the child(ren)’s laundry. Wash bottles and/or dishes. Empty diaper pail as needed.
• Communicate effectively and often with parents.
