Hi there!

We’re a young, fun, close-knit family of five getting ready to move from California to the Carmel/Zionsville area with our three sweet girls—ages 7, 5, and 3.5 months (born December 2024). We’re looking for a long-term nanny (or a couple of amazing people!) to grow with our family.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is confident with infants (especially contact naps and sleep routines)
Has a clean background and driving record
Is warm, reliable, and fun!

A typical day would start 9–10 AM and be focused primarily on our baby girl. In the afternoons, the role might shift to picking up the big girls from school and taking them to activities—or I might pick-up while you stay home with the baby. It’s rare that you’d have all three at once—usually just the baby or the older two.
