Family of five - working parents with a 10 year old son and 2 year old twin boys - are seeking a nanny/house manager to assist through the afternoon and evening. This new hire will be joining their current nanny who works from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm and cares for the twins. Their ideal candidate will:
Help manage the household. Family will provide a weekly to-do list.
Provide direct care and support for the 10 year old. Help with homework, getting to activities, foster independence and manage screen time.
Effectively come alongside the other nanny and mom to tag-team during after-school hours and back each other up as needed.
Take an approach of setting firm boundaries with kindness and understanding.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12 pm- 8 pm. Occasional overnights around parents' business travel.

This family is working with North Shore Nannies to recruit and screen candidates. Your application will be reviewed by the agency and you can expect to hear from us if we think you might be a good fit.

All our fees are paid by client families. We never charge nannies a fee.
