Hello. We have a five year old girl and a 16 month old girl. Mom works from home full-time. Dad has a new hybrid job.
The eldest is homeschooled. We set her curriculum. She just needs someone to tell her to sit down and do her seat work in the morning. She usually reads quietly the rest of the day. The youngest is just walking and is starting to talk. She needs focused attention. They'll need some meal prep. She takes a late morning nap each day. The girls require some tidying up after, but we'd rather you spend the time reading or talking to them. No TV or devices please.
We're in Vernon Hills within a short walk to the park. We need a nanny 8-5 Wednesday and Friday, but this can be extended to Tuesday and/or Thursday if the regular hours are needed.
