We are looking for a part time nanny for our two year old. We are laidback and understanding. We enjoy doing simple things like going on walks and visiting with family and friends. We use what is referred to as gender creative parenting. So we did not assign our child a gender. This means that we use they/them pronouns for them. We want our child to have every opportunity possible and not to feel like they're being put in a box. We can talk more about this if we decide to move forward with you!

I used to be a nanny myself, actually! So I've literally been in your shoes. And now I have my own little one who turned two in May! That said, I will be working from home, if you have any concerns about that we can absolutely talk more about it!
The schedule would be 9am-5pm for the first 5-6 weeks while I participate in a work training. And then once I start my new job officially my schedule will be 10am-6pm. My husband will likely be home before 6pm most days.
