We are a close-knit family that enjoys spending time together. With both of us parents working from home we are very involved in our kids day-to-day and feel like this time we get with our kids is a gift. They're only little for a little while, after all. At home we follow Good Inside (by Dr Becky Kennedy) parenting techniques and are looking for a nanny that also believes in this approach.
We're looking for a patient and sturdy nanny to care for 2 children full time, primarily for our 2-year-old daughter. Preferably looking for seasoned candidates with ABA training and/or experience caring for children with ASD/ADHD to best support our almost 6-year-old son when they are at home. He attends school, therapy, and visits with his grandparents regularly. Some light tidying up and meal prep would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
We need someone for 4-5 days a week on a consistent schedule. There is some flexibility on what the schedule should be but generally we need someone for 32-40 hrs during the work week (M-F) from 8:30-4:30ish.
