Hello! We are Sean (38), Dennis (45), Hal (5) and Nola (10 months)! Sean is a Montessori teacher. Dennis is a magician. Hal is at school in a small Montessori school. He loves trucks, building blocks and playing at the park. Magnolia (Nola for short) is crawling all over the place, babbling and almost always smiling.
Sean will be returning to the classroom in the fall. We're looking for care for Hal and Nola on Thursdays and Fridays starting in mid August, 6:45-3:30 each day. Hal will start the school year half day 8:30-11:30 and will transition to full day when his teachers feel he is ready. We will need help getting Hal to and from school.

Hal is autistic. He has a huge vocabulary, loves books, being outside, playing with friends and his sister. He can struggle with transitions and regulating feelings.
Nola is a joy to be with. Once she's comfortable with you, she's smiley and easy going. She's very strong and quick! She loves to roll around in the grass under the tree in the yard.

Dennis often works from home in the basement office. He runs his own business as a magician and has a show that runs weekly downtown.

Sean is a writer of plays and poems - mostly for children.

We adopted Hal and Nola at birth. Sean grew up on the south side of Chicago and has lots of family nearby.
