We are two busy working parents seeking an experienced, dedicated, and nurturing house manager/nanny to care for our three wonderful daughters, ages 5, 8, and 10 afternoons/evenings. ~16-20 hours a week. We are located in downtown Naperville.
**Responsibilities:** - Provide attentive, high-quality care for the children - Assist with homework and school projects - Prepare nutritious meals and packed lunches for the children - Manage household tasks, including organization and helping the kids clean up - Coordinate extracurricular activities and playdates - Transport children to and from school and activities - Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and any concerns
**Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a nanny or house manager with children in the specified age group - Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment - Flexibility with work hours
