Be flexible with hours. Start time would be 8:30/9AM & most days will go to 2-3. There will be very few days I need later than 3PM, but, it is always a possibility. I am in sales, so, my job is flexible and I can work from home or be out in the field. So, I need someone to help take care of our son during the work days. Our dog is a little Morkie and has a pee pad in house, so, we only need him fed at 2PM.
