Newborn Care help during Maternity Leave

I am due May 27 2025 and am looking for someone with extensive experience in newborn care to help me during my maternity leave. My mother passed away 4 years ago so I do not have a female family member that can help me get some rest and take care of baby when I need rest. I return to work September.
Newborn care - diaper change, bath, monitoring, bottle feed, light house cleaning, laundry
Located in Libertyville. Need someone with flexible hours.
Requirements
- Multiples experience
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
Responsibilities
- Bedtime
- Light laundry
- Sick care
- Light housekeeping
- Toilet training
