4 month old in need of a nanny come the new year!

New to parenthood. Looking for our baby girl to stay on pace w/ her milestones
We are very busy with work. As much as we would like to be there for everything, we don’t have the extra time to be entirely attentive to keep her on pace for her milestones and tummy time. We would like someone to just be there and help and feed. With Occasional help with bottle cleaning and maybe laundry. Nothing crazy. Possibly 10 -4pm Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday.
Lake in the hills IL. We would like to start off with 3 days a week and move up to 5 as needed.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
