Part-time sitter for energetic twin toddlers

Single mom needs support from a great nanny for funny, smart, lively twins in La Grange Park.
Ideally, I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping in addition to caring for my children. I'd love for our nanny to have their own car, be comfortable with pets (two dogs and a cat), is CPR certified.
Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day. A flexible schedule would be great!
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Toilet training
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
