I have two girls, ages 6 and 8 and a dog. Nanny must be willing to learn about Pathological Demand Avoidance and Highly Sensitive Children and be willing to learn how to best support them.
Activities with the kids, keep the house clean, give them lunch, make sure the dog has food and water, occasionally walk the dog.
