A friendly and active family residing in Glencoe are seeking a dynamic and experienced nanny and household manager. The position centers around caring for two active and social boys, ages 9y/o and 18 months, who share a love for sports, reading, and creative activities.
In this role, you'll be responsible for school / sports pick-ups, helping with homework, and preparing dinner. You’ll also facilitate playtime with creative projects and games, assist in keeping the kitchen tidy (encouraging the children to help), and ensure the boys are ready for bed with proper hygiene. House management duties include light housework such as light cooking, laundry, organizing and errands.
The mother is a work-at-home parent, so you will often tag-team responsibilities with her. The position requires a car for transportation. The family will start the interview process over video chat and is offering a compensation rate based on experience.
Ideal schedule is below, with some flexibility:
• Monday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
• Thursday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
• Saturday: Alternating 9:00am – 5:00pm or 11:30am – 8:30pm
• Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
