Part time sitter for an energetic toddler

We are a family of 4. Our youngest is 4 months old. We are looking for a nanny to help with our toddler who is 18 months old.
We need the sitter to help from 10am-6pm 3 days a week to take care of our toddler by preparing meals; playing and being creative with toddler ; keeping her busy.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
