My family consists of two boys, one aged 11 and the other is 3. My 3yr old has speech delays but is currently in therapy for services.
My oldest son gets picked up by bus in the morning, but my youngest would need a ride to school Mon - Fri. I can provide a car. I work long shifts, so I would need someone to transport my youngest to and from school, and then watch them until around 6pm at night.
I can change my schedule somewhat to accommodate a more appealing schedule, but it's limited what I can do. (i.e. 3 days at 13 hours or 4 days at 9ish hours).
