We are a family of 4. Dad is a cook county sheriff, mom works in hospitality downtown Chicago. We have a 4 year old dog Silvio he’s large but a large lover.

We would like our sitter to care for and teach our child as we would. With her growing we would like someone comfortable with potty training, making healthy meals, knowing how to deal with, work with difficult toddler and the tantrums that will happen. Shes a free spirit and being able to go with her flow.

We are more in a routine rather than a schedule. We would like our care giver to be flexible and fluid but still keep to how we do our routines. Our daughter loves to explore and would like it if our caregiver will encourage her adventures and engage in growing /learning activities.

Mom doesn’t have a typical 9-5 so some days you’ll be there even if not scheduled for work. Some days will be long some will be short. It just depends on the day. Summers are busier schedules.
