Caring Nanny and Mommy helper/House Manager!

Hi,
Posting this again in hopes of finding someone reliable and caring :) Looking for an awesome nanny for my 1 yr old daughter - helping her with developmental milestones, being active and engaging! During her naptime, would need light house-work help.
Timings:
Monday-> 10am-2pm
Tuesday-Friday -> 10am-3pm
Please know I'm looking for someone who can do Monday-Friday during those time as I work from home and then pick up my other kids after those times.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Toilet training
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
