We’re technically 2 families. My sister and I had baby boys 5 months apart and both live in Arlington. We’re exploring the option of nanny sharing. In January, the boys will be 12 and 7 months.

We need a nanny to work 4-5 days a week at one of our houses (both in Arlington Heights). We’d be responsible for making sure the boys are at the appropriate house. Eventually, we might be interested in a nanny who can take the boys to parks, libraries, classes, etc.
