Responsibilities:

Supervise playtime & outdoor activities
Prepare healthy meals and snacks
Assist with light housekeeping (tidying up toys, organizing the children's space)
Create and maintain a structured routine that fits within both parents' schedules
Collaborate with both parents to ensure consistency in rules and routines
