Full time sitter for infant

Military family with an infant. Must be able to get on military installation.
Take care of infant 4 months old. Nothing else just baby care. Must be comfortable with a pet chihuahua but no care is needed for the dog. Dog is elderly and will stay out of your way all she does is sleep.
Looking for a reasonable price as well since care will be needed mon-fri from 0900-1700. Looking for long term
