We are first time parents of a lovely baby boy named Aaron who will need a full time and hopefully long term nanny when his mom has to go back to work. My husband and I are both physicians so we need a trustworthy and reliable caregiver who is able to be present on time consistently including when Aaron is sick so we are able to continue to do our very demanding jobs. We are looking for someone with childcare experience who we can trust to look after our only child while we have to be away.
Show up reliably and always be on time. Give at least 2 hours notice if unable to provide care that day. Provide dedicated childcare including feeding, learning, and entertainment with minimal use of screen time.
