Dad is starting a new job that requires a lot of travel, so Mom needs some extra help getting three kids to their extracurricular activities. Sitter would only ever be driving/watching two siblings at a time. This would be a standing weekly job. If extracurriculars are rained out or cancelled, sitter will still get paid for being available at that time.
