My husband & I welcomed our first baby boy back in June. He is currently 3 months old. I’ve been able to return to work as a part time remote position but needing some assistance during the day.
Our ideal Nanny would be someone that can commit to a pre-determined schedule at the very least, once a week - we’re not sure if we want/need 5 days a week at this point yet. They would be caring for our son whenever he’s awake and after I feed him - diaper changes, play time, putting down for naps. Nanny will need to be very okay with cats as we have indoor kitties & 2 of them love to get attention from our house guests.
When baby is sleeping, our ideal nanny would be able to help out with small household tasks but isn’t required. Should the nanny click with our family, we would love to have a long standing relationship with them as we plan on having another baby in the near future.
