Full-Time Nanny for infant

We are looking for a full-time Nanny for 40-45 hours a week to take care of our sweet baby boy starting in October. Ideally, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with flexibility as needed. As parents, we both work full-time. He was born on 8/14/24. We are looking for a Nanny for a minimum of a year with hopes to extend long-term. Our hope is to partner with someone we can build a relationship with and loves our son like their own.
