Wife and I both work. Wife works from home most days but occasionally goes in for work. I am off 2-3 weekdays a week. We’re expecting twins in December and will need a nanny by March.
Expectations are general infant care, light cleaning around the house.
Wife currently works mostly from home but will need to occasionally go in. She will be unable to attend to our kids while working. I have a rotating schedule with 2 or 3 weekdays off. Ideally, we want a rotating schedule of 3 days of care each week.
