My family finds time management struggling due to traveling frequently. Being moved and switched schools tends to be hard on them.

I would like someone to be able to be home with the kids while I attend school a few days a week. Someone who can treat them as an equal, someone who can help them with daily routine.

We just moved and I don’t want to put the kids into yet another daycare for them to just switch out of when my daughter start kindergarten. We have a welcoming home with a full fenced in backyard and no neighbors.
