We are a family of five growing to a family of six soon, looking for someone who is well organized, and genuinely interested in caring for kids.

This person should be someone who is well organized and able to find things to do without being told. I am happy to make lists and answer any questions, but I do not want to micromanage you. I plan to be very busy with a newborn soon and need to feel comfortable that this caregiver can hold their own.

Responsibilities outside care include cleaning up the kitchen after meals/snacks, encouraging kids to clean up before moving on to a new activity(we want them to be as independent and responsible as possible looking for a caregiver who can also encourage this), then helping with laundry and putting the kids clothes away.
