New single father needing help while working from home

Hi there,
I'm going to soon be a single father, our daughter is currently 4 months old.
I'm going to need a nanny towards the end of May/early June.
I work from home so I would like someone to watch my daugther during work hours from around 8am-5pm.I would like someone who is able to followher feeding and nap schedule and help with changing diapers and playtime.
OccasionalyI will be able to step out of my office and help as well.
