PUNTA GORDA, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) – An active and loving family in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking an exceptional, self-managed, and intuitive FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER to support their household and care for their 4-year-old son with autism. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting abilities in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and child development, helping set and achieve developmental goals, supporting data tracking, and creating effective home systems and processes
They are looking for someone extremely flexible, dependable, professional, caring & naturally nurturing. Someone who LOVES playing with kids and doing activities, is high energy and genuinely loves to be a nanny! This kiddo is on the move, so they require someone who is not only able to keep up with him but is sincerely interested in having fun with him!  

Their son is autistic and non-verbal and uses an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device to communicate his needs.
The salary for this position ranges from $80k-$120k per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays, vacation. The position is live-out only, with an immediate start date.
