We are a couple in our 40s with a new born, moved from NY a couple of years ago. Mom is currently a stay at home mom and dad works longer hours. We have two small dogs and we live in a house in Coral Gables. We don't have much family around here so just need some basic help to take the load off of mom. This is starting part time but may turn into more at some point as mom may go back to work.
Help with the baby to free up time for mom. Help around the house a little (we are cleaner than most and have a cleaning service, so this is just small things here and there). Watch the baby to give mom a chance to get out of the house.

Dad can speak Russian (mom does not). Ideally looking for a sitter/nanny that can also speak Russian for the purposes of helping baby learn the language.
Coral Gables. Schedule should be during the week but otherwise flexible.
