We are a military family who are looking for care throughout the week.

We are looking for someone who doesn't mind interacting with our 4-month-old baby girl. She loves it when people sing to her, dance, etc, any kind of movement basically lol. We don't allow alot of TV time so reading, playing, and sitting up training are some of the things we like to do in between wake times. We want someone who doesn't believe in the cry-it-out method because 9 times out of 10 she is crying because something is wrong or she feels she is by herself. Lastly, we want someone who has patience she is a baby so she will need a lot of attention and care. We are looking for someone who could make her feel comfortable while we are away. If your main reason for nannying is just for the money please don't apply. My schedule varies sometimes so there are days you will be off.
